Bamboo Cycle is a one-person workshop with a single idea: a bicycle should be as individual as the person riding it. Every frame begins as raw bamboo -- one of nature's most resilient structural materials -- and ends as a rolling portrait of its owner.
I source each bamboo culm for its grain, weight, and wall geometry. I hand-select every component -- groupset, wheels, saddle, bar tape -- in direct conversation with you, based on how and where you ride.
Your colors, your logo, your visual language become part of the paint and finish. No two builds are the same, because no two riders are.
Each completed bike is documented as an independent project -- photographed, written up, and published here permanently. A record of something made just for you.
